Winter mode/blockcharge

Option to select «winter/blockcharge mode»; during winter, energy is used for warming the battery before/during charge. It is benificial to do all planned charging in one chunk. Stopping the charge for an hour or two in the middle of the winternight makes the battery cool down and energy is wasted on heat instead of charge when continuing. Charging in one «block» is therefore beneficial, even if power is slightly more expensive from 02-03 than 05-06, for example.
