Show notification when connection lost

When the connection to the charger is lost show a notification so you can check for the problem.
My easee account connection is sometimes lost and i need to enter the credentials again.
Maybe also a notification when car connection was lost for a while.
Also add a toggle in options so you can enable or disable it
