Indicate start % of the EV when using a charger-only setup

Set start % of the car if no connection is available for the car. Setting target % could be a nice to have as well. Please request the % when a cable gets connected to the loader

When your car is not supported is should be possible to set your start % manually instead of starting with the assumption of 0%

If the car is not connectable, Jedlix assumes that the battery level is 0% when starting a smart charging session, while this is almost never the case. as a result, charging sessions start much too early in case of dynamic charging, making the charging session less beneficial. it would be useful to manually set the battery level at the start to e.g. 50% and to be able to adjust it manually to e.g. 25% or 75%.
