Push notification when Jedlix is pausing or resuming charge

Would like to have this notification including the cause of the stop or resume of the charging ( solar power available , kWh too expensive or very low , load grid management etc )

I would find very usefull to allow to receive a notication when smart charging starts and stops. This will help a lot managing other electricity use.
