Add support of comma or point values in photovoltaic power

Apparently, with my phone input language (french), it is not possible to enter 1.6kWp as photovoltaic power, it takes then 1 kWp. I also tried with a comma "," but I cannot enter it a all. When I use the point "." I can enter 1.6 but when I press "accept" button, it takes over only 1...
